Egg Fried Rice
Fixings
* 2 mugs/rice bowls cool cooked rice
* 2 eggs, daintily beaten
* 4 shallots (daintily cut)
Flavoring :
* 1 ½ tsp light soy sauce
* salt and pepper to taste
Embellishing:
* Cleaved spring onions, cut cucumbers and tomatoes
Strategy
Warmth one to two tablespoons oil in a wok and broil shallots till fragrant and light dark colored. Evacuate seared shallots.
