Double Decker Pastry

Well I'm old mold when it is something I will eat and appreciate, I need hands on and do it the old way.

5 containers unsifted flour
1 container sugar
4 teaspoons baing powder
2 teaspoons preparing pop
squeeze of salt

2 ½ containers ground walnuts
½ container sugar for nuts
